About Us…
My name is Dara Wegener-Volker, the president and owner of MSP Home Staging.
I am a certified HSR professional; my passion has always been in building, decorating, and redesigning homes. My introduction to design started in 1997 in building my first townhome. I consulted with the builder and made several design changes. I lived there a short time before having to sell due to a job transfer. Even though I was selling in a depressed housing market my initial offering created a bidding war between the first two buyers who looked at the home. Both buyers told me my home was neat, clean and showed “like a model” and was move in condition. I have since built two homes and assisted in refurbishing and staging several others, all of which I turned quickly. My experience also includes working in Model Homes with potential buyers. Design and detail are my passion and gift. Please allow me to share my vision and experience with you.
